bathroom remodel - 1st update

A little
at a time, we're remodeling our bathroom. We're almost done tiling around the bathtub. Ryan replaced the plumbing and put in new, non-crusty, working fixtures. He also installed 2 new lights in the ceiling and replaced the switch. He just looks stuff up in his 'plumbing book' and 'electrical book' and gives it a try! We also refinished the window trim.
This is the only picture I have of the old fixtures (Hank is 8 months here).
Still to come: replacing the vinyl flooring w/tile, installing a new facet in the new vanity and counter top (it's been waiting in our basement since May), taking down the rest of the beautiful existing peach tile and replacing with new gyp, painting, refinishing the door trim, and refinishing the cast iron bathtub (the only thing we'll hire out).... What stays: the toilet.
...keep in mind, this is our only bathroom!

That's beautiful work! You're so handy to do it yourself. And I got a chuckled out of the strategically placed hand :)
Looks good! I need to start planning some of the same type of work.
Looks great! Can't wait to see finished pics! You guys are so handy! Come do my kids' bathroom after you're finished with yours!!!
